Jay Johnstone
 Jay
Johnstone graduated from Catawba College with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. He has 16 years
of experience overseeing all areas of residential construction, including: custom building, remodeling, creating
additions to existing homes, as well as developing land. Jay holds his Unlimited General Contractors license in
North Carolina and has supervised the construction of homes ranging in price from $500,000 to $4.5 million. At
Artisan, Jay’s roles include estimating and purchasing items for each of the homes we build, as well as obtaining
the most reliable and skilled subcontractors in the Charlotte area. |
