Meet the Team
Although Artisan Custom Homes is a young company, its three
partners - Jay Johnstone, Brad Remmey and John Shryock - bring valuable experience to their high-end homes in the
greater Charlotte area. Artisan Custom Homes formed their custom home business using John and Jay's building skills and Brad's
business experience. It has proven to be a successful combination of democratic decision-making and natural checks
and balances. John acts as a construction manager and deals primarily with the home building process. Brad handles
sales, marketing, accounting, legal matters and customer service. Jay estimates homes, is a lead developer and
bridges across all aspects of the business.
